Members Access to Forum & Emails

Hello.

All events and club outings are posted in the Members Only section of the forum. If you have no access to this section you will not be notified of events


New Members must register on the forum first. Authorisation takes 24 hours and you must use your full name, aliases will be deleted, this is a private members forum there should be no reason to fear using your own name..


Members Renewing Online should ensure payment has been submitted, a lot of people have renewed online but sent no payment...


All Members please add phoenixkayakclubsecretary@gmail.com to your contacts list, feel free to send a test email if necessary to stop emails going to your spam folder.


In all cases email the club secretary at phoenixkayakclubsecretary@gmail.com  for the fastest response to forum issues.


Finally, if you do not receive emails from the club you are NOT yet registered as a member and cannot use club equipment. Email the Club Secretary ASAP.

Just to clarify folks. There are 2 members sections on the forum that only members with full forum access can see. The "Member's Only" section (obviously!) and the "Upcoming Outings/Events" section.

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER WITH AN ALIAS FOR OUR PRIVATE FORUM.

FULL NAMES ONLY

MEMBERS REGISTERING WITH ALIASES WILL NOT GET ACCESS!!

This initiative is in force to maintain respectful forum interaction and prevent bullying. Adults please remember that junior members also access the forum.
