Usernames on Forum.

Hi All,
I have seen a number of members using aliases when setting up accounts on the Forum. Please be aware we require users to use their own name as a username. We have had issues in the past with people using aliases, so the decision was made by the committee that all users must use their own name on the forum. We are ok with people adding in their nicknames with their real name (example: Sean (Gadget) Lynn or James Jammer Keane) but your name must be used.

If you have set up an account with an alias please go to the top of the forum and click on "Profile", you can then update your username to the correct format. You will then need to log in, in future with your new username and password. If active accounts are still using aliases by the end of the month, the accounts will be disabled.

If your name is already in use on the forum, you can add in a character, number or nickname to differentiate.
