Phoenix Kayak Club are based on the River Lee, and run Beginners courses throughout the Summer, while also entertaining their Current membership every Thursday night.
Meitheal Mara - The Voyage tells the story of a community boatyard in Cork and the huge impact it has had over the years, not just in teaching people about traditional boatbuilding skills but also in the personal development of its participants. Additionally, it showcases Cork's maritime culture and explores how it can develop into the future.
World Premiere Director Emma Bowell will be present to introduce her film.
