Blackwater Search & Rescue Fermoy are again running their raft event and have asked if any of our members are available to come out and help with safety.

Ballyhooley to Fermoy, approx length 10km. BBQ at finish.

This is not one of the five charity swims the club officially supports so contact Ken by email/phone if you wish to help.

Unfortunely, I am not able to make this myself, however I have been speaking to Ken who would like to emphasise that kayakers can get out at Greg (?) bridge near pump house should the they wish which is just before Castlehyde rather than Fermoy.

11am at Ballyhooly on Sunday if going txt Ken and lost here would be the best.
