Yes but I think you still get your 10% off if your a club member(well I did)

Great Out Doors and MDAC used to give you a 10% ICU/ Phoenix discount. Not sure if they still do, as I don't have any money left to spend.
Most outdoor shops give similar discounts, ICU or MCI, if you ask.
Your club membership card is also your ICU card.
