| I was in the diveshop yesterday and spotted a Jackson Fun for sale. It's exDemo and a bargain at €400.
For anyone thinking of buying a boat and you're short on cash this could be the deal for you.

| Dunno. You'll have to ask admin about that. I've seen them too and resisted posting.... might be considered political, you know. trumpeting how brilliant a particular shop is at the mo. We might mistakenly think ye all have shares in it! | |

| Might I point out that on another thread someone spent time praising another shop?
Some people post Aldi deals (me too)
Others post Lidl stuff.
Not sure this thread was tactful more so than advertising being the problem.
Personally at 400e, I probably would have posted it too. Just like a cheap wavehopper......

| I personally don't see any problem with someone posting up if they have seen a good deal especially if it saves someone money when buying gear which is a big outlay for most people.
For similar reasons I don't have problems with shops promoting good deals. Obviously if misleading information is put up then this should be pointed out but I think most posts including this one have been put up in good faith.
I've benefited from these posts and have bought from local businesses which i would prefer. In the past I sometimes bought from abroad because there weren't great deals locally thus sending money out of the country. Therefore the more information posted on local businesses the better!

Agreed. - droh wrote:
