As tonight was the last pool session I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who gave up their time to pass on their rolling expertise.

I never thought I would ever manage a roll but need to thank Rob, Evan, Paul, Don, Sean, Alan, Dave, Donal, Neil and probably a few more, for teaching me in the end. Thanks lads.

Next step cold river, no goggles, no nose plug, rocks and panic...mmmh:silent:

Im just going to advise you to wear the nose plug at least for a while. Maybe i just me but nose is bunged up for weeks when the waters cold... Congrdulations on the roll btw.. everything is more enjoyae when you can roll!
