| Entries have now closed and i have the official list of kayak paddlers taking part . Some paddlers have put their name down as PAID UP Members of Phoenix and are not on my list?? They will have to pay €70 on the day to race or be disqualified. To all the rest Best of luck and enjoy the race. PS Martin and myself will be hosting a pre race wine and cheese party on board the Rescue boat , All PKC members are invited to attend . Dress formal ??

| There was a warehouse available at the finish line for parking last year, so what we did was meet there and leave 2 cars there and load the boats onto one and drive to croshaven then. After the race it means having to go back for that car, but usually if you can bum a lift back and get someone else to take your boat is the best. I'll have to wait till after the prize-giving before i head away, so I might not be any good. We can suss out the finer details thursday night. |

| Best of luck to everyone in the RACE. Because no matter what Dave said, he will be racing. I'd love to join ye. But I'll be stuck paddling over in France. |

| Its only a bit of fun Micheal. Are you still sour over getting lost last year There are two things stopping me racing this year. 1. My Boat 2. My Body |
