Has anyone else applied for Ocean to City yet?

Have a few questions if anyone can help, have also emailed the organisers:

1. What the fee for a kayak, the application form says €25 per seat or €40 per crew? Which is the correct fee for a single kayak?
2. Anyone tried submitting the forms online? I've tried it twice and they keep bouncing.
3. Insurance: What is everyone doing for this and what is acceptable? Might be wrong but did Phoenix Kayak Club cover this for members last year? What activity insurance do people use in any case, have sports cover direct but havent heard reports about them since I got it..

Would appreciate it if anyone can help...
