Help Needed for this years LEE SWIM

Again, this year Phoenix Kayak Club have been asked to provide support for the Annual Lee Swim. I have put myself down as contact for the club for this event (god only knows why)

Last year we had about 20 kayakers on the water and things ran very well with much praise going to the Club for the excellent support provided.

This Swim takes place on the 18th of July and starts at 3:00pm. Kayakers would be required to be on the water for 2:30pm and will all be off by 5:00pm.

If you are available please let me know as without the required amount of kayakers, they will have to scale back the race.

Level 2's upwards are more than welcome.

Checked my Dates and i'm in between working Nights still if I get on at 2:30pm and off by 5:00pm I should be ok.

Where will the get on/off be for this ?
