PostSubject: Cork Circumnavigation with Meitheal Mara   Thu 10 Mar 2016, 10:53 am

Hi folks,
I just wanted to let you know that Meitheal Mara launched the new CORKUMNAVIGATION guide this week. It can be purchased from our office for 2 or online for 3.50.
Anyone interested in doing a CORKUMNAVIGATION should also join the dedicated facebook group to link up with fellow river users, organise CORKUMNAVIGATION trips, and share experiences on this beautiful city centre water trail: https://www.facebook.com/groups/corkumnavigation/
There are a good few members already and there is talk of someone calling a trip next month so hopefully some of you can join in then.
Hope to see you on the water soon.
Kind regards,
Joya

Supposedly the tides are right for this next Monday. 21/03/2016
I'm thinking of doing this. Any one else around and interested.
I've never done it so I'm not sure about times yet.

The post from FB Corkumnavigation group

OK all you navigators... here's the plan for CorkumNavigation on Monday 21st March. Tidal conditions mean that we'll be doing a clockwise navigation again, starting at the slipway behind Meitheal Mara. We should be on our way before 4.30pm, so be there for 4pm with your boat unloaded and ready to go. Looks like it will be a small group this time but weather should be perfect.

I'll open the club house at 3 to collect boats.

A few different type of boats going so they said anything you want to go in is fine.

Limited street parking around meitheal mara
