PostSubject: Club House Works   Fri 16 Oct 2015, 2:41 pm

As hopefully ye are all aware we have received a sports capital grant of 120,000 with this in mind the committee have put together building subcommittee.

Our first job will be to get the existing floor plans a fire cert and disability access certificate. Once we have these drawing layouts together we will be hoping to give these drawings to an Engineering / Architectural Office to put a tender package together so we can send the final drawings out to a number of builders that might want to tender for this project.

So could people pm if they are aware of any company/person that might be interested in getting firstly

Full Tender package together, followed by

Full Commencement package plans, including calculations and specifications showing how the proposed works or building will comply with the Building Regulations; / an online assessment; / a Preliminary Inspection Plan prepared by the Assigned Certifier; / a Certificate of Compliance (Design); / a Notice of Assignment of person to inspect and certify works (Assigned Certifier): / a Certificate of Compliance (undertaking by Assigned Certifier); /a Notice of Assignment of builder; / a Certificate of Compliance (undertaking by builder); and / the prescribed fee.

The Design Certifier must be a registered architect, a chartered engineer or a registered building surveyor.

With the Possibility of taking on the roll as the Assigned Certifier. Responsible for the Preliminary Inspection Plan including an Inspection Notification Framework which must accompany the Commencement Notice and on completion must sign off on the Certificate of Compliance for the complete building.

Thanks in advance

Martin
