Surf Kayaking North Cornwall: http://youtu.be/EJP_4vSuIFk

Hi folks,
I know most of ye wear your helmets while surfing and in general on the water, but there are a few "cool kids" who don't. I know we all very rare, or an occasional calm day on the Lee while paddling flatwater leave it off but here's something to make you think twice. I always wear a helmet while surfing as although Sand is Soft you don't know what's below the surface of the water ( rocks, the mermaid who makes people swim, seaweed yes that hurts) but this video definitely gave me an awaking although I have never surfed without one, I hope it encourages you too as when stuff goes wrong, it goes wrong!! Happy and safe paddling :-)
Jamie
