Phoenix Kayak Club are based on the River Lee, and run Beginners courses throughout the Summer, while also entertaining their Current membership every Thursday night.

Fergal, the plan is to leave the club by 14:45, at the latest 15:00 the latest, in order to have a play in the sluice on the way down.

There's normally a release before the race  bounce

Think the plan is to paddle down from club house. Don't think anyone is paddling up from the Cork Docks area

Well done to every one who took part in safety for the swim today.Ye should all give yourselves a big pat on the back as without your help this event would not be able to take place and that would mean 519 unhappy swimmers.So thanks to everyone who helped out ye done the club proud .
