looking for some candidates who would like to help on a level 3 instructor assessment.
you should have your level 2 skills or be of that standard, ready for moving water training.
it is this Sunday and it could involve a bit of a journey to get there. location is undecided at the moment, it wont be near cork.

thanks

hugh

Bloodily he'll Hugh - I am on this weekend for the club trip not a runner however how about Saturday and where ?

Sounds like a good opportunity for anyone interested - I have a boat locally if that helps Sunday otherwise Saturday I more than willing to be a dummy (comes naturally!).

awesome oh it was
A workshop might be out of the question its just the same as a Canadian but it just doesn't like to stay upright, to give a workshop i would have to be able to succesfully paddle it, i could go straight but turning was a bit of a push if phoenix could get some that would be sick! so much better than K1
