or u can just man up and learn to roll up . best way to learn is in the cold winter rivers as the cold will make you get up before you go under.

Guys Kevin and I are offering a complimentary rolling course,
All you need to do is play polo with us and we can push you over until you learn to roll.
Guaranteed results ask Paul his roll is solid after our methods, Finbar's is nearly there we just needed more time.
