Just a thought
Big motor racing event on the straight road circuit on the 23rd of June.75th anniversary of the 1938 Cork Grand Prix
A couple of banners on the club wouldnt go amiss and maybe a general paddle on the river?
The organisers are expecting thousands of people
Could be good P.R
Maybe we could find some vintage kayaks, even some vintage kayakers !!!!

The 2 Club Banners are under the "desk". Might be no harm to stick them up for the day.

great idea ... ! and we could get "quiet" alan perched on a ladder, to call out dates of the remaining summer level 2 courses ..., and to field q & a's from across the river ... ! definitely an opportunity not to pass up on ... !
