have the original hd hero myself but 60 fps for sure! much crisper slo mos.

I have mine on 960 and its great for everything, thats what suits me but up to you Smile
And make sure you have a class 6 or better memory card, if its any lower the picture and video wont be the best no matter what settings you have it on.
