Hi Folks,
Safety required for Kinsale King of the Hill Triathlon event this weekend.
On water for 10:00 am off water by 11:30 am...free lunch & base ball caps
Location Kinsale , behind the Dock Bar..Castle Cove... Point of Contact for Tri club is Paul Harrington 0872450472
Nearly 300 swimmers, 2 waves 10:30 and 10:37 30 min time limit (to be enforced)
Usual course off beach around buoy so only approx 300 m offshore

We have asked that we get better parking & the ability to leave if necessary through the top road.

Potential to extend into a sea paddle around to Sandy Cove Very Happy .

Anyone who is interested please reply.

Cheers,
Conor.

Hi Folks,
The latest I have is that the Kinsale Tri will go ahead tomorrow so we still need help.
As mentioned earlier please be there ready for get brief & get on at 10am.
the will be 300 swimmers in 2 waves so need a min of 10 paddles to cover this.

regards,
Conor.

Both of us will be there. Have boats and gear packed just need to finish work on time to make it for 10am.

There is usually a lot of traffic heading to the Dock beach for this event so allow an extra few minutes if your coming from the city.
