couple of ucc/cit paddlers are organizing it. proceeds will go to prizes for the most part i think and small bit going back to the clubs i think. thats only a guess but the main bulk will be spot prizes and main prizes and organizing stuff.

Hey Guys,
I was talking to rose on Thursday the plan now is for the weekend of the 13th October. We were just wondering if there are any other events planned for that weekend? before we set the date in stone. Its just we want to maximise the local turnout.

Post up on the UCCCC Forum or their Facebook Page, or on the Cork Kayak Festival Facebook Page, that you are looking for a spin to the Upper Bandon. You never know who might be living near you or passing your way.

The Freestyle rodeo is on tomorrow morning. around half 10 or 11. it'd be great to get as much phoenix members on the bank as we can to support the competitors from phoenix as its our local rodeo and it happes once a year.
