Meeting at the club house tomorrow at 6:30pm. It's very likely that the river is still fast flowing so we will go to Innisleena. We might be getting wet so bring appropriate gear!

Please let me know who is coming. So that if there is a change of location, I know who I must notify!

Good call. We had to move the course to Inishleena last night, the river was way up, and flying.

There will be no training session on Wed, July 11 as I must work late. Unless of course there is somebody who wants to take over and run the session.

I can do a session Mon or Tue evening if there is any interest..?

There are 2 races on this weekend. There is the Velvet strand sea kayak race in Dublin on Saturday and there is also flatwater marathon race on Sunday in Thomastown. Plenty of action!
