Phoenix Kayak Club are based on the River Lee, and run Beginners courses throughout the Summer, while also entertaining their Current membership every Thursday night.

the coarse will show you how to paddle a kayak properly and the coarse is a level 2 kayak coarse , you hav to do the coarse first before u can join the club . The club has kayaks which u will b using for your coarse and it would be better if you try them out first in the coarse and when you hav the coarse done would b the right time to buy a kayak. There are so many types of kayaks it would be best if you had the coarse done so you know what type of kayaking you wish to continue in. Also the forum has a for sale section so if you do the coarse and are looking for good secondhand kayaks and other gear check that out .

Courses start Tuesday April 17th 6:30pm and run for 5 evenings total.
