How about a club trip on the Cladagh or the Roughty the next Sunday there's water?
I imagine they could be classed as real rivers.
Would have to be at short notice though.
See what the powers that be say.
I should be available to help out on a wet Sunday morning, I think.

ill get onto the powers that be and see what happens!! I would even be up for paddling theses river with minimal water as ive never been on these river, except the clydagh.

Wait for a little water. Rocks don't hurt as much then. Easier on gear as well.

I drove to carlow yesterday and every river i saw had flooded their banks! Anything In that direction??
