Here's a date to mark in your diaries - Phoenix Kayak club has received a very special request from the North Pole this year. santa santa

Santa wants to get back to the old Eskimo traditional kayaking skills and since he's a bit rusty he's asked us to help him out.

He's planning to arrive at Griffins Garden Centre by kayak this year on Saturday 3rd December and wants a big contingent from the club to escort him on his journey.

He's already been spotted practicing in the Lee Fields - but you can see he has a bit of work to do.

So make sure to keep that date free and dig out your Santa hats early this year.
