Phoenix Kayak Club are based on the River Lee, and run Beginners courses throughout the Summer, while also entertaining their Current membership every Thursday night.

If we get enough interest we are thinking of running a course over a weekend, I think Paul has it listed in the schedule, so if you have someone interested in doing a course let us know.

Hi Steven,

I had trouble finding the schedule too - but Sean found it for me - it's here:

Dates for the course are:

Sat/Sun October 15/16th - Level 2 Beginner Course, River Lee: Clubsite, Lee Road @ 10.00AM

I don't think we have online booking for this one - but PM Sean or Paul Heff and they will put your friend on the list.

If we are running the course and instructors are giving their time it would be good to fill it - so we should all put the word out at work or school.

These course dates are provisional, we are trying to organise a course for a number of people who are interested.

It has not been confirmed, as stated in previous posts; when it is confirmed, we will post it up and inform everyone who is interested.
