Phoenix Kayak Club are based on the River Lee, and run Beginners courses throughout the Summer, while also entertaining their Current membership every Thursday night.

cheers Well done Martin Tarrant for organising the Phoenix stand at the Lord Mayors Volunteer Fair over the weekend. cheers

Thanks also to the members who helped out on the days and supplied equipment for the display. The public response was very positive and we had lots of interest in the club.

I'd echo that Paul - Martin had a miserable cold and yet was in and out of the city hall all weekend.

Jesus Paul very fast off the mark was just about to thank everyone for there help, time & borrowed books, dvds, laptop etc. (which i'll have back on site on thursday night).
