High Tide is 16:02. Is the great island possible around 6:30 Pat? High tide will be 20:04 the following Wednesday might be better.

Right lads 6:30 White Point sound good? If Pat comes back and says the Great Island loop is possible we might give it a lash. Local knowledge always comes in handy. Bring a light might be dark enough when we get back.

If its not on we can do a run out around spike maybe.

Noel if you head across like last week and we can see where we go from there.

No worries Pat, you might have the heating sorted before we get out next time

Sully and myself had a nice trip around the familiar territory of the back of Hawbowline and Spike and back in front of Cobh to witness the latest Cruise ship pulling out under a setting sun.

A fast setting sun these days - we got off just before 8 in darkness.

The next one might be a night paddle.
