Hey Guys!

I completed my level 2 kayaking course in early August and have been out weekly on the river with the club however I was wondering if there will be any courses / training etc for sea kayaking!

I would love to try it but would need gear. I have been checking out courses in West Cork but they are quite expensive!

If you follow the sea kayaking forum you will see that a few people head out on a regular basis. It would be worth sending them a message before the next meet and asking if it is suitable for your good self. The club has a couple of sea kayaks. Try it before you spend some money.

We've been out the last few Wednesday evenings for a sea paddle. If your interested in giving it a go we can organize a club boat. The lower harbor trips are great way to try out a sea boat for the first time. I'll be putting a post up today to see if there is any interest in a paddle this Wednesday evening so if your interested let us know and we'll try an sort a boat for you. Let me know if you need gear as well.

Cheers Guys the only problem is that Wednesday's never suit me but will keep an eye to the forum and maybe some other night or weekend will suit better.
