Will be available for Paddle .But hopefully less strenuous ,than this morning.
Enjoyable and enlightening ,but thrashed . .
Great job Pat ,good tuition en route.

I would appeal to any prospective , Cliffs of Moher candidates.

Take it serious, and train for Adverse weather.

The weather looks nasty on Wednesday. Is Thursday a possibility or do people want to be brave?

Any thoughts on venue - West side of the harbour for a change perhaps?
