Hi,

Thanks to all those who have declared their interest. Contact has been made with the providers of the course. You will be notified when we get some provisional dates on which it can be run.

PostSubject: Re: Remote Emergency Care Course (REC2) - UPDATE   Sun Sep 28 2008, 13:37

Come on people, 68 views and only 2 interested.

80+ people have learned to paddle this year alone, not to mention existing club members.

People have complained to me about courses not being organised, If you haven't done this, you need to do it.

Who else wants to do this?

Not sure about price or dates. When we have a good handle on numbers, we'll get a few provisional dates and try and suit everybody.

REC Courses are like RSR courses. These are additional qualifications and you do not need to have any particular level in order to attend. I think the only people that would get priority on these is trainee instructors as it is a requirement for them, but there shouldbe loads of places. Paul is organising so he'll know more
