Just had a phonecall from John @ Hillwalkers (Union Chandlery) to tell me that my H2O paddle was just back from repair and that it was all covered under the warranty.

My paddle had broke along the shaft while doing nothing out of the ordinary. It was about 6 months old at this stage but i brought it back to see where i stood, and they took it from there.

At all times i was kept updated by phone as to what was happening.

Well impressed with the quality of Service.
