Just since I can't make it this week due to work, some hard and fast rules to guide you in playing:

1. The helmets with facemasks aren't fashion statements

2. Keep YOUR paddles away from fingers (don't care who's)

3. When your new ask to help set up the goals on the bank. You learn, we all get on water faster.

4. We don't push newbies or those who can't roll. This includes newbies pushing newbies.

5. Zuppy is an ex-ref and therefore can't be trusted with any decision but will explain the real rule later, maybe, when it is in my interest. Very Happy

The ball has to be moved one meter every 5 seconds,
Paddles must be kept one meter away from the opponents body at all times.
No 90 degree tackles.
and what Zuppy said, thats about it

For anybody thats interested heres the "offical" rules, to be fair its kinda long winded and theres plenty of bulls**t in there. Enjoy.
